i have been told that i have degeneritive dics and that all this pain could not hav ebeen caused by yrs of lifting so workmans componsation says its not work related and if i was to go back to work and say hurt it again i would not be covered because of previous claim so where does this leave me i can go to work do light dutie and if somthing happens to my back they will not back me unless a long period of total recovery has past and even then whoes gonna trust them now why do we pay millions into this to be told u have a age deciese lifting 50 to 60 pound pails has nothing to do with it its just age i say bullshit this is there way of never paying out i could have went in befor pick up somthing heavy and said ow and i be covered but because i put 7 yrs into it for them i get nothing somthing wrong here i now can barely sit or walk and have to live on pain killers and live on half pay for my family signed hurting in more than one way
