Had PLIF Mar 2001. Probably over did exercising and loosened the cages a few millimeters (1-3). Plus no sign of bone growth. Should have used EBI battery. Caused increased "saddle pain" from see-saw movements. Also discovered by discogram, further ddd at two lower levels. Had all fused with rods and screws and bone grafts. Back is doing fine...left thigh numb and hyper sensitive. Slight, slight improvement in 10 weeks out.
