All of the above! Any low impact aerobic activity. Ellipse has tendency to cause imbalanced hip movement, however. Keep legs straight. Treadmill, swimming...great. Here's another one. No weight, seated leg extensions, on ur bed, in a chair, whatever...now get this; 200 to 250 per day!!!! Up, down, up, down, (no weights at first); maybe 50 reps in 4 sets. Add a couple of pounds in a week or two. Some pain at first. Will reside.
