My husband has chronic low back pain. He goes to physical therapy and chiropractors on a regular basis, but is never told to do a regular exercise program. I think if he'd exercise those back muscles wouldn't be so tight, and he would have less pain. We have a treadmill and one of those exercise balls. Any suggestions. He pain is not due to any type bone or disc injury mainly muscular from an injury when he worked on the Highway Patrol. Thanks Mary
