I hate to say this, but after 5 back surgeries, I am worse off than ever.They fused one level with titanium cages. The next two levels fused they used the knee cap of a cadavour. I'm now on vicodin, and oxycontin. I have been to every sort of doctor. They said there is nothing they can do anymore. I'll be like this for life. The oxycontin has given me some relief though. I wish you the best of luck. Every day for me is a struggle. I have 3 kids and they are involved in a lot of things. I miss quite a few of their games. Good luck to you. I'm still not at that point of accepting this pain for life.
