Low back pain is very common among sports enthusiasts,
and especially among the "weekend warriors." Yes, there was a time
when you could run, swim, and still play a round of golf, but you were
probably more conditioned at the time. That doesn't mean you can't do
it again, but you have to be smart about it.

Some sports involve quickly stopping and changing directions. Some
involve endurance. Some involve repetitive action stressing certain
joints. Some involve more lower body, and some more upper body.
